Measure a Ring You Own

  1. Choose a ring that fits the same finger comfortably.
  2. Measure the inside diameter straight across the center in millimeters.
  3. Match the diameter to the US size table below.

Check the Fit

  1. The ring should pass over the knuckle with slight resistance.
  2. It should sit securely without pinching or leaving a deep mark.
  3. Measure near the end of the day; avoid unusually cold or swollen hands.
Wide-band note: Rings wider than approximately 4 mm can feel tighter than a slim band.
