After approval, we collect the applicable deposit, begin production, and ship after final payment.
Semi-Custom
For personalizing a selected design through approved choices such as metal, stone, size, or engraving. A new CAD is often not required.
Fully Custom
For a new or substantially modified design. Timing begins after final CAD approval and deposit. Complex projects may require additional time.
Important Timing & Final Sale Note
All timelines are estimates and do not include shipping transit time. If a custom CAD design is required, the design fee starts at $250. The exact amount will be confirmed in writing based on the complexity of your design and will be collected before CAD work begins. Once your design, quote, and timeline are approved, the applicable deposit will be collected and production will begin. Because every semi-custom and custom piece is created or personalized specifically for you, these orders are considered final sale. Deposits become non-refundable once design, CAD, material sourcing, or production has started. Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the event of a verified manufacturing defect or an error on the part of Arlina Jewelry.
